Her troop of dancers seemed surprised but were quick to her aid. As soon as Akothee fell, they fanned her and she was quickly carried off the stage in the company of men in black believed to be the bouncers. Sources close the musician attributed the collapse to fatigue; this is not the first time the that Akothee has cancelled performances from energy burn out.
Only last week, the songstress was hospitalized for yet another system shut down. Akothee later took to social media to thank her manager for being there for her and went on to reassure her fans that she was fine.
Netizens took to social media to wish the mother of five a quick recovery after Akothee’s latest collapse at the Luo Festival and urged her to take some time to regain her strength.
An artist collapsing on stage is not a good thing. My prayers to Akothee
